The Supreme Cannabis Company is to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Blissco Cannabis Corp. in an all-stock transaction with a total value of 48 million Canadian dollars.
48North received its outdoor cultivation license from Health Canada for its 100-acre (3.7 million square feet) organic farm (“Good Farm”), located in Brant County, Ontario. Good Farm will become one of the largest-ever licensed cannabis operations in the world.
Aurora Cannabis reported that its net revenue grew 20% from the December period, to reach 65 million Canadian dollars (or US$48.5 million) for the March period.
